Senior Employee Relations Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including misconduct, poor performance, grievances, and non-work-related injury or illness matters
• Conduct thorough, impartial, and well-documented internal investigations in line with legal and organisational requirements
• Provide timely, practical advice, coaching, and support to leaders on ER issues
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to achieve balanced, commercial, and legally sound outcomes
• Maintain accurate and compliant records of employee matters, ensuring documentation meets legislative and company standards
• Draft ER documentation and correspondence using established templates
• Coach and build ER capability within the business and HR community

Requirements

• Proven experience managing employee grievances and complex ER casework
• Demonstrated experience in conducting impartial workplace investigations
• Strong understanding of workplace relations and OHS legislation
• Excellent analytical, evidence-gathering, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence outcomes
• High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• A collaborative and pragmatic approach to resolving employee matters
