Senior Employee Mobility Consultant Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of employee assignments from pre-assignment to repatriation
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure assignment success and provide guidance on procedures
• Ensure compliance with global immigration, labor, and tax laws to mitigate assignment risks
• Maintain data quality within HR databases and ensure timely delivery of accurate documentation
• Support the maintenance and updating of Employee Mobility procedures, guidelines, and knowledge sharing
• Own and manage defined reports for assigned country jurisdictions
• Assess and approve out-of-scope requests from vendors
• Identify process gaps and drive the implementation of continuous improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, HR, International Relations, Languages, or equivalent
• Proven previous experience in Global Mobility roles
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• High adaptability to change and experience handling multiple stakeholders in an international environment
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Fluency in German
