Senior Employee Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform as an instructor in specialized aerospace skills areas such as Seal, Structural, Electrical, Repair, or Quality
• Facilitate learning events through teaching, team coaching, and tracking student performance
• Customize learning programs, courses, presentations, and guides using various delivery methods
• Provide technical assistance in both formal classroom settings and hands-on manufacturing training
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide training consultation services
• Evaluate technical aerospace skills training needs and develop post-evaluation recommendations
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and engineers to create training enhancements and job aids
• Coach and develop less experienced instructors and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing
• 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or detailed work instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Seal applications
• Experience coaching and developing others
• Professional certification(s) in aerospace manufacturing and lean methodologies
• Skills in curriculum design, needs assessment, and job analysis
