Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform software analysis, design, code implementation, and integration for automotive Telematics Control Unit products
• Execute module verification and validation to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Develop software components and sub-systems following defined development life cycle processes
• Ensure the quality and on-time delivery of work products throughout the software development life cycle
• Collaborate closely with multinational engineering teams located in Singapore and Europe

Requirements

• Degree or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in embedded software analysis and design
• Advanced programming skills in Embedded C and C++
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of real-time system architecture and design
• Experience with hardware-related software development using microcontrollers, HW boards, and PCBs
• Proficiency with embedded development tools such as emulators, analyzers, and oscilloscopes
• Experience with software configuration management and version control tools
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AUTOSAR standards
• Knowledge of ECU Power Management
• Experience with CAN communication protocols
• Background in driver development
• Expertise in Telematics technology and development
• Experience with OSEK operating systems
• Familiarity with Rhapsody Design Modeling
