Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex embedded software solutions
• Lead technical aspects of significant projects and drive software architecture decisions
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
• Optimize code for performance, power, and memory reliability
• Collaborate with hardware teams for system integration
• Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and contribute to technical strategy

Requirements

• Strong expertise in C/C++ programming with advanced optimization techniques
• Proficiency in RTOS and interrupt-driven software design
• Experience in device driver development and Linux kernel development
• Ability to analyze and optimize systems for performance and memory constraints
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/test processes
• Knowledge of software licensing models (open-source, proprietary, and hybrid)
• Proven technical leadership and ability to guide engineering decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline
• 4+ years of professional experience in embedded software development
