Senior Embedded Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect safety-critical control systems for steering, braking, and fault detection
• Design redundant and fault-tolerant control architectures for autonomous vehicle platforms
• Develop monitoring and fault-management mechanisms compliant with ISO 26262
• Create high-integrity communication architectures using CAN and Ethernet
• Develop embedded software frameworks enabling safe operation and graceful degradation
• Implement integration strategies spanning software, hardware, HIL, and vehicle testing

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing embedded software systems
• Strong software architecture experience in automotive or safety-critical domains
• Experience with autonomous driving, ADAS, robotics, aerospace, or rail
• Solid understanding of ISO 26262 and ASIL decomposition principles
• Proficiency with UML, SysML, Cameo, Enterprise Architect, or Capella
• Strong knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, and embedded communication protocols
• Hands-on C/C++ development experience
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive AUTOSAR
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and engineering teams
