Senior Embedded Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded software architecture for AI camera systems, including sensor integration and real-time inference pipelines
• Drive performance optimization of C++ code for resource-constrained environments
• Design and implement robust embedded systems for diverse weather and deployment scenarios
• Own integration strategy for camera sensors, communication modules, and power management systems
• Collaborate with AI teams to optimize computer vision model deployment on edge hardware
• Establish testing frameworks, debugging tools, and development best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of embedded software development experience with C/C++ in production environments
• Deep expertise in real-time programming, memory management, and hardware interfaces
• Proven experience with camera systems, image processing, or computer vision applications
• Advanced knowledge of embedded debugging tools and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of power management and thermal considerations in embedded design
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with edge AI inference or embedded Linux
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Background in safety-critical or automotive systems
