Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy lifecycle trigger automations, adhoc promotions, and engagement campaigns
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales to translate business goals into delivery requirements
• Build nurture programs, smart-lists, and manage campaign setup, testing, and launching using Braze
• Drive A/B testing methodology to improve email effectiveness
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling content
• Write engaging ad copy when resources are unavailable
• Build analytics and reporting frameworks to drive measurable improvements
• Ensure compliance with email regulations like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing at a B2B brand
• Proven expertise using Braze
• Knowledge of B2B CRM practices and regulatory requirements
• Experience with Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, and Big Query
• Ability to use AI tools to improve work efficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating with a global-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL experience
• Knowledge of Liquid coding and custom objects
