About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and design the architecture for the robot's entire electronic system (Main board, Sensor interface, Power system, etc.)
  • Design and verify high-reliability circuits including high-speed signal processing, analog/digital mixed circuits, and power management systems (BMS, PMIC)
  • Lead multi-layer PCB design and ensure signal integrity through SI/PI simulations
  • Perform DFM/DFT-oriented design and lead mass production transfers and yield improvements in collaboration with EMS
  • Establish design strategies to obtain global safety certifications (IEC, UL, ISO 13482) and EMC/EMI compliance
  • Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentoring for junior engineers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Expertise in embedded system hardware design based on MCU, AP, or FPGA
  • Proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer (preferred), OrCAD, or PADS
  • Deep understanding of communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet, USB, and MIPI
  • Experience in BLDC motor driver and control circuit design
  • Full product lifecycle experience from prototyping to mass production
  • Ability to submit an English CV

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the robotics domain (AMR, drones, or AGV development)
  • Specialized knowledge in Lithium-ion battery pack and BMS design
  • Experience with functional safety processes (e.g., ISO 13482)
  • English communication skills sufficient for technical meetings with global offices
