Senior Electrician

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee complex electrical installations on integrated security systems at sensitive government facilities.
• Lead and supervise a team of electricians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project schedules.
• Analyze and design electrical infrastructure to support electronic security equipment installation.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams to determine installation procedures.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with NEC codes, DS standards, and government regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers during design reviews to define electrical requirements.
• Travel internationally up to 75% of the time to support various project locations.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• 10 years of relevant work experience, specifically in electronics/systems installation and infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to work in diverse and challenging international environments.

• Previous experience working on government projects, particularly in secure or classified environments.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges of international work environments.
