Senior Electrical/Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Automated Test Equipment (ATE) software for factory and production environments
• Design and maintain ATE test fixtures, including circuit design, cable design, and connector strategies
• Support the full product lifecycle from requirements and design to integration, validation, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues as part of an integrated engineering team
• Interface ATE test software with laboratory instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power supplies
• Collaborate with PCB and mechanical designers through formal design reviews

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience
• Proven experience developing and maintaining ATE hardware and software for production environments
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, NI LabVIEW, or NI TestStand
• Experience with RF technologies and high-speed digital communications
• Knowledge of lifecycle design methodologies, including design-to-cost and factory integration
• Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFS (Design for Serviceability) standards
