Senior Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for production and packaging equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems, including motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, PLCs, servo systems, and vision systems.
• Maintain technical documentation, electrical drawings, and equipment standards.
• Evaluate equipment obsolescence risks and develop modernization plans for critical components.
• Inspect electrical equipment, wiring, and fixtures to ensure functionality and code compliance.
• Determine causes of system malfunctions and implement effective repair plans.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and supplies used.
• Adhere to GMP, environmental, health, and safety procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in electrical maintenance or associated technical work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience working within the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Mandatory knowledge of classic control and electrical components.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of PLC programming.
• Proficiency in drawing wiring diagrams using AutoCAD or Eplan.
