Senior Electrical Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, integration, and testing of electronic and electro-mechanical systems
• Execute high-quality soldering and cable/harness fabrication
• Conduct electrical testing including continuity and voltage verification
• Troubleshoot PCB-level, wiring, and system-level issues
• Fabricate and assemble mechanical components and systems
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and modification of assemblies
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
• Support equipment installation, maintenance, and preventive inspections

Requirements

• Active/Current DoD Secret clearance
• High school diploma with 10+ years of experience OR an Associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience
• Experience in commercial manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong electrical and mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Experience using diagnostic equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• IPC J-STD certification or equivalent
• Experience with conformal coating or finishing processes
• Forklift or material handling certification
• Familiarity with Space Flight hardware
