About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement test solutions for electronic CCAs, modules, and LRUs to support product performance and production acceptance
  • Define and execute effective test strategies that align with stress-screening requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure efficient test system development
  • Translate test requirements into reliable test-set designs and evaluate peripheral design impacts
  • Provide product testing and troubleshooting support, including root cause failure investigations
  • Manage schedules and drive execution according to planned budgets
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in knowledge transfer activities
  • Support internal and external technical reviews

Requirements

  • STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with test and debug of analog, digital, and mixed-signal CCAs, modules, and LRUs
  • Proficiency with LabVIEW and the TestStand framework
  • Experience working in factory environments supporting test-set integration and validation
  • Experience with standard lab equipment and PXI instruments
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field
  • Experience with Python scripting
  • Experience with embedded test techniques, design for test (DFT), or design for manufacturing (DFM)
  • Knowledge of software or FPGA code development
  • Experience with requirements development and flow-down
  • Ability to debug and resolve hardware issues during integration and qualification testing
