Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design tasks including schematic capture, review, layout, and architecture design
• Work with the Hardware team to develop trajectories for hardware projects
• Develop testing criteria, plans, and test fixtures for design verification and production certification
• Generate engineering-grade reports and perform part cost analysis
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements
• Collaborate with engineering teams and company stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional hardware engineering experience or a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in Altium Designer
• Extensive knowledge of electronic hardware and system design
• Experience with controlled impedance, length matching, and high-speed signaling
• Experience with MIPI-CSI, MIPI-DSI, and Gigabit Ethernet
• Experience with high power systems and circuit design constraints
• Knowledge of communication buses such as I2C, CAN, Serial, and SPI
• Ability to create optimized PCB stack ups for power distribution and noise reduction
• Experience with custom Altium jobs, Draftsman fabrication, and assembly documents
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAV aircrafts, robotics development, or hobby drones
