Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex PCB assemblies and electrical subsystems
• Own schematic capture, PCB layout guidance, design reviews, and board bring-up
• Design robust analog, digital, and power electronics solutions
• Apply DFM, DFT, reliability, and scalability principles
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for hardware failures
• Collaborate across software, mechanical, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
• Mentor junior engineers and support field deployments

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Altium Designer
• Strong experience designing analog, digital, and power electronic circuits
• Experience designing high-speed digital systems
• Understanding of PCB stack-up, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC mitigation
• Hands-on experience with bring-up, debugging, and validation
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional electronics development experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with battery-powered systems or motor control electronics
• Background in UAVs, robotics, aerospace, or autonomous systems
• Experience supporting production ramp and high-rate manufacturing
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001
• Experience integrating sensors, cameras, radios, or embedded computing platforms
