Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive electrical infrastructure networks.
• Critically review complex electrical design packages, including load flows, short circuits, and cable sizing.
• Provide expert technical oversight during construction, testing, and commissioning phases to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Serve as a primary technical liaison between clients, project management teams, contractors, and local Saudi utility authorities.
• Implement innovative and sustainable value engineering solutions to optimize power distribution efficiency.
• Proactively identify technical risks and safety hazards, implementing robust mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering.
• Proven track record working on large-scale infrastructure projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) as a Consultant or Senior Engineer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in electrical design software such as ETAP, CYME, or Dialux.
• Familiarity with BIM/Revit workflows for infrastructure.
• Extensive experience in MV/LV distribution networks and substation design (up to 110kV/132kV).
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
