Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test products within multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Develop engineering and production test systems including interface adapters, cabling, interconnects, and technical drawings
• Perform circuit design and analysis
• Support full lifecycle development of test systems
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to test system development and implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years with an advanced STEM degree
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
• Experience with electrical engineering design, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Experience with schematic capture and interpretation
• Proficiency with design tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic
• Experience using test equipment including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, network analyzers, and power meters

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a STEM field
• Experience with analog, digital, or RF design
• Experience with mixed-signal and electrical system integration
• Experience with root cause analysis and debugging tools
• Technical leadership and project management experience
• Knowledge of computer architecture and hardware optimization
• Familiarity with large-scale defense or aerospace programs
