Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate prototypes utilizing embedded control, circuit design, and thermal management expertise
• Generate and refine product concepts in ambiguous problem spaces using structured ideation and engineering judgment
• Translate field research and user observations into actionable engineering insights
• Perform engineering analysis to evaluate feasibility, performance, risk, and design tradeoffs
• Collaborate with product marketing, industrial design, and project leadership to push innovation boundaries
• Communicate design intent, technical tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product development, innovation, or concept engineering
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering fundamentals including circuit design, power consumption, and heat dissipation
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, e-loads, and data acquisition systems
• Experience creating prototypes and models to drive technical decision-making
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time for domestic and international assignments
