About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all works are procured, planned, and carried out safely in accordance with Kier standards, project requirements, and legislation
- Review designs with design teams and clients to optimise construction efficiency, safety, and compliance
- Manage robust change control processes and identify project risks and opportunities
- Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, setting clear expectations and supporting their professional development

- Technical knowledge of electrical services and safety
- Relevant industry accredited qualification
- CSCS accreditation
- SMSTS accreditation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build positive professional relationships
