Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and approve electrical systems and layouts according to project requirements and industry standards
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation engineering teams to integrate electrical solutions
• Conduct electrical load calculations, system simulations, and prepare technical specifications
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure safety and quality compliance
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective measures
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with local Saudi Arabian electrical codes and regulations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior electrical engineers and technical staff
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical engineering within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and standards applicable in Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, and other relevant electrical design software
• Extensive experience with power distribution, lighting, and control systems design
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within multidisciplinary project teams
