Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive creative, robust, and effective electrical solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
• Support the engineering team through prototyping, product builds, system bring-up, testing, and documentation.
• Manage design parameters and prioritize design tradeoffs in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve and design system and subsystem approaches to meet project goals, requirements, and schedules.
• Identify standard products and sub-blocks for inclusion in solution proposals.
• Develop key relationships with internal design teams and subcontractors to plan product strategies.
• Monitor KPIs for engineering processes and strive for continuous improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional working experience in electrical engineering.
• Advanced functional and technical skills within the electrical engineering domain.
• Proven process management skills and the ability to manage engineering workflows.
• Strong customer relationship management skills, capable of handling both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrixed, cross-functional technical environment.
