Senior Electrical Engineer

E4A Solutions is a leading engineering firm specializing in power plant and substation services. We provide power plant installation, demolition, rebuilding, and retrofitting, along with equipment supply, engineering, construction, high-voltage switchyards, and auxiliary services.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical specifications for LV, MV, and HV substations.
• Design and specify low and medium-voltage transformers, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), and protection relay/PLC control cabinets.
• Conduct power studies, coordination studies, and arc flash analyses using SKM or ETAP.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary design efforts and support field technicians with commissioning and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive background in Engineering and Design Consulting
• Experience with transformer monitoring systems and data analysis
• Proficiency in SKM or ETAP software
