Senior Electrical Engineer (Avionics)

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical architecture and design, product requirements, and component selection
• Perform schematic capture, analysis, and documentation
• Manage flight production, development prototyping, and vendor selection
• Execute circuit and full product bring-up, debugging, and qualification testing
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination with software, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
• Manage project schedules and deliver hardware on time

Requirements

• U.S. Person status required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in aerospace or satellite industry
• Proficiency in designing avionics systems and electrical circuits
• Experience with eCAD (Altium), circuit simulation (LTSpice), and PCB design tools
• Ability to debug complex problems using Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Spectrum Analyzers
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Proven track record in high-reliability hardware development
