Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the integral planning process for electrical engineering through to construction implementation
• Provide technical leadership to team members in a project management role
• Perform planning within integral teams using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Represent the company to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Manage project costs and results for the specific technical department
• Collaborate closely with architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, and external planners
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal for sustainable, climate-neutral building planning

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field of study
• Extensive professional and leadership experience in planning and coordinating large-scale projects
• Experience in leading diverse teams and mentoring junior employees
• Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality standards
• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
