Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Guide and support junior designers through mentoring, technical coaching, and design reviews
• Perform and support 3D modeling as part of the design and coordination process
• Review and validate calculations, drawings, and models to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate and review the design and deliverables towards local Finnish client and contractor demands
• Ensure designs meet applicable regulations, standards, and client requirements
• Take responsibility for the quality of designs and deliverables
• Coordinate and drive issues to completion through proactive communication

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
• Over 10 years of experience in Electrical design
• Proficient use of MagiCad, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• At least 3 years of experience working on projects in the Nordic countries
• Experience working on projects in Finland
• Strong experience in a Project Manager role
• Proven track record with reference projects in industrial, residential, and public buildings
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or line management role
• Finnish language skills
• Master’s degree from an EU institution
