About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and check designs of intermediate complexity using 3D modeling and 2D CADD
- Coordinate technical issues with other disciplines, project management, vendors, and clients
- Perform electrical design calculations including lighting, raceway sizing, and voltage drop
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related technical field with minimum 10 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government clearance
- Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and Intergraph Smart3D (S3D)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ASME NQA-1 requirements for nuclear facilities
- Knowledge of Intergraph SmartPlant Electrical software
- EPC project experience with the U.S. Department of Energy
