Senior Electrical Designer

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for electrical design in projects from concept phase to final delivery
• Act as a sub-project manager, planning, coordinating, and following up on work within your area
• Develop and quality-assure solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards
• Maintain close contact with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained

Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design within industrial processes or production facilities
• Relevant formal education in electrical engineering, electrical design, or electrical power
• Proficiency in documentation tools and ability to handle various customer requirement profiles
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong sense of planning, structure, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management or leading roles within industrial projects
• Experience delegating tasks to junior team members
• Experience with automation projects related to industrial drive systems
• Process experience from the steel and machine industry or energy production
• Engineering degree in electrical engineering with an industrial focus
• Proficiency in Elprocad, EPLAN, Sitebase, or AutoCAD Electrical
