Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop DC Power Systems for Telecom and Data Center customers, delivering unique, engineer-to-order (ETO) solutions.
• Collect and analyze technical requirements to translate them into actionable engineering specifications and design inputs.
• Define system-level architectures for power systems, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
• Lead technical activities and coordinate work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Create and maintain circuit diagrams, schematics, and electrical design documentation.
• Develop and maintain electrical Bill of Materials (BOM) structures within PLM tools.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, field service, quality, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in electrical or systems engineering, specifically focused on power electronics or power distribution.
• Strong knowledge of power supply design, including AC/DC and DC/DC converters, UPS systems, rectifiers, and inverters.
• Proven experience with backup power systems and energy storage solutions.
• Proficiency in creating circuit diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Solid understanding of BOM structures, engineering change control, and PLM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
