About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed electrical designs aligned with project briefs and BSRIA stages
- Produce coordinated drawings, specifications, and plant schedules
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, BREEAM, and SHE policies
- Support inspections, commissioning, and close-out reporting
- Collaborate with design, commercial, and construction teams to ensure buildability and quality
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in electrical building services design
- Experience with design development and cost-effective solutions
- Experience with stakeholder engagement
- Ability to lead and influence within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of relevant software and calculation methods
- Proactive and collaborative approach
