Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end electrical design and validation of custom PCBs for production fixtures and test systems
• Design custom PCBs from schematic through layout, bring-up, and production handover
• Define and execute validation strategies for new and revised hardware
• Partner with Machine Design, Test Software, and Production teams
• Lead root cause analysis for electrical failures and own durable CAPA
• Manage PCB fabrication and assembly relationships and drive DFM feedback

Requirements

• Strong PCB design skills including mixed-signal and power
• Experience with schematic to layout processes
• Hands-on bring-up and validation experience using oscilloscopes and instruments
• Track record of delivering reliable hardware in production or test environments
• Ability to work across mechanical, software, and firmware boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Firmware or embedded experience with ability to read code and debug interfaces
• Familiarity with Mechanical CAD for fixture integration collaboration
