Senior Electrical BIM Engineer/Modeller

Responsibilities

• Model building and drawings of building services elements for electrical services, including lighting power, cable containment systems, earthing, and lightning protection systems
• Create schematics, schedules, and technical documentation
• Perform Navisworks clash coordination and ensure smooth coordination with mechanical, structural, and architectural services
• Execute QA/QC procedures to ensure high quality and technical correctness
• Lead BIM coordination efforts and demonstrate team leadership qualities
• Manage deliverables within established time limits

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in electrical Revit modelling for building services
• Proficiency in Revit family creation, views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, and filters
• Experience with Navisworks for clash coordination
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently without extensive mark-ups

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to BIM360 or ProjectWise platforms
• Awareness and experience with ACC, DiRoots, and PyRevit
