Senior EHS Specialist/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility's EHS program and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NRC, DOT, and local regulations
• Conduct hazard assessments, job safety analyses, and incident investigations using root cause analysis
• Manage EHS metrics, recordkeeping, permits, internal audits, and regulatory agency interactions
• Deliver safety training for new hires, annual requirements, and task-specific needs
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and facilities teams on EHS considerations for new equipment and processes
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning

Requirements

• 3+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or machinery environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NRC, and DOT standards
• Excellent training, communication, and incident investigation skills
• Must be local to Littleton and authorized to work in the US
