Senior EH&S Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures at the Arizona site
• Coach production, maintenance, and engineering teams on risk identification and hazard controls
• Evaluate workplace compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Perform job-site audits, process confirmation activities, and incident investigations
• Manage the ISO 45001 certification process and lead the Safety & Health Compliance Team
• Oversee plant construction safety programs and fire prevention systems
• Conduct new hire orientation and contractor safety training
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive organizational improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in EH&S programs within a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, IFC, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Experience managing ISO 45001 certification
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as ASP/CSP, CIH, or CHMM
• RSO and LSO certifications
• MBA or MS degree
• Demonstrated leadership experience
