Senior EHS Lead

Responsibilities

• Integrate safety into day-to-day project operations and prevent injuries
• Conduct pre-task risk assessments and regular site visits to ensure compliance
• Maintain safety documentation, including OSHA 300 logs, and lead employee training

Requirements

• 8+ years in EH&S roles within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
• Ability to access elevated work via ladders or scaffolding

Preferred Qualifications

• Safety certifications such as CHST, CSP, or OSHA 500/510
• Experience in structural steel fabrication and erection
• Bilingual English/Spanish
