Senior EHS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct workplace inspections to identify and eliminate hazardous conditions and train employees on safe behaviors.
• Research and analyze the causes of occupational diseases and environmental conditions to prevent recurrence.
• Promote safety campaigns, lectures, and various training programs.
• Manage environmental licensing, waste disposal, and unit indicators, including interaction with government agencies.
• Monitor the efficiency of the Effluent Treatment Station and manage all environmental controls for the unit.
• Report unsafe acts, conditions, accidents, or near-misses to designated responsible parties.

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Engineering or a similar field.
• Knowledge of environmental licensing and fire department regulations.
• Experience with ISO 45001 certification and Regulatory Standards (NRs).
• Proficiency in EHS program management and non-conformity management systems.
• Knowledge of waste management and Effluent Treatment Station operations.
• Intermediate English level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or training in Occupational Safety (Segurança no Trabalho).
• Notions of Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience using legal requirement software.
