Senior Educator

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits for prevention and parenting support
• Perform structured observation and provide feedback to referring services
• Co-design integrated educational interventions
• Participate in team meetings and territorial network tables
• Act as a network agent to facilitate coordination between local stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Educational Sciences (L-19) or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in services for minors and families
• Experience in autonomous management of complex cases
• Proven collaboration with Social Services, family clinics, health services, and schools
• Ability to design and manage individualized educational interventions
• Proficiency in educational observation and needs assessment methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific training in the P.I.P.P.I. method or willingness to obtain it
• Knowledge of P.I.P.P.I. tools such as logbooks, ecological maps, and participatory design
