Senior Educational Supervision Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize inspection visits to targeted educational institutions, including assigning roles to team members
• Conduct inspection visits using approved methodologies, tools, and procedures
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection results following established controls and tools
• Enter all inspection findings and data into the Inspection Sector electronic system
• Monitor and document violations, breaches, and observations within educational institutions
• Provide recommendations and proposals to improve work methodologies and mechanisms
• Verify the implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions during follow-up visits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years of practical experience
• Proven experience in educational regulatory or inspection work
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Strong skills in report writing and documentation
• High level of computer and electronic system literacy
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate professionally
