Requirements

• HBO or WO degree in Educational Science, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development.
• Proven track record of delivering results within complex learning trajectories.
• Strategic and creative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work both as a strong team player and an independent professional.
