Senior Education Client Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with premier clients on billable project-specific work to drive successful outcomes and financial success
• Drive top-line growth by identifying and pursuing new target clients and developing new business with existing ones
• Mentor project teams and lead collaborative, diverse, and inclusive teams
• Develop market solutions by understanding client business, operations, and process needs
• Implement business practices and bottom-line initiatives to ensure project and financial success
• Mentor emerging professionals and foster an environment of innovation and entrepreneurship

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in the Education market
• Proven track record of client leadership, team leadership, and business development success
• Previous experience in client leadership roles connected to an office, market, or region
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong business acumen and ability to execute strategy
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and people leadership skills
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment regarding risk management
• Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering
• Additional relevant certifications or training
