Senior eDiscovery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with legal teams and clients to support complex litigation matters
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the planning, design, and implementation of eDiscovery technology and database systems
• Utilize and promote tools such as Relativity, RelativityOne, OPUS2, and external SaaS document repositories
• Manage and prioritize a time-sensitive workload independently
• Apply emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and technology-assisted review (TAR), to improve litigation support efficiency and defensibility

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as a litigation technology specialist in an AmLaw 25 firm or Fortune 50 corporate legal department
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Relativity and an active RCA certification
• Hands-on experience with RelativityOne, including structured and conceptual analytics
• Working knowledge of case management technology such as Opus2 or Case Notebook
• Demonstrated understanding of AI-enabled eDiscovery capabilities, including large language models and machine learning applications
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
