Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic forecasts and growth maps using the Prophet system to guide ecommerce clients toward measurable growth
• Lead daily execution and tactical adjustments to ensure campaign performance stays within a 5% delta of projections
• Manage and align cross-functional pod members including Google, Creative, and Email strategists
• Monitor active campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy, and implement tests to improve performance
• Maintain transparent client communication with daily performance updates and weekly strategy alignment
• Uphold CTC’s Meta best practices and ensure rigorous quality standards across all deliverables

Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, media buying, or growth strategy
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets
• Fluent English with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a self-managed environment
• Structured critical thinking and resourcefulness in solving complex business problems
