Senior E-commerce MOR/SOR Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational management of MOR/SOR platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance across eCommerce and sales operations.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for MOR/SOR, including roadmap development, requirement definition, and release management.
• Oversee fraud prevention workflows, including alerts, chargebacks, and dispute resolution.
• Drive strategy and improvements for AR/AP/GL financial modules to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
• Lead data validation and reconciliation processes to maintain integrity across order, payment, and financial reporting systems.
• Design and refine business processes to support post-purchase efficiency, including refunds, order adjustments, and reward governance.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Finance, Accounting, and external Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, technical operations, financial systems, or order management.
• Demonstrated expertise in MOR/SOR processes and AR/AP/GL financial modules.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reconciliation, and operational reporting.
• Strong understanding of fraud governance, payment workflows, chargebacks, and dispute management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs involving Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual capability in English and Korean.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and system enhancements within a technical environment.
• Experience leading teams in a global business setting.
