Senior E-commerce Merchandising & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the merchandising strategy for home appliance kitchen categories to achieve online sales goals.
• Drive eCommerce sales through innovative, effective, and profitable marketing and merchandising programs.
• Optimize product placement and categorization to improve discoverability and site navigation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Maintain operational trackers, SKU lists, and promotional calendars to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and web analytics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance conversion rates and average order value.
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer path-to-purchase journey through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in online merchandising or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tableau for reporting and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SEO principles and on-site search optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
• Passion for consumer electronics and digital retail innovation.
