About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and define solutions for customer issues and business objectives
- Identify and resolve D365 CE issues in collaboration with internal teams and Microsoft support
- Act as a subject matter expert on D365 CE ecosystem and Power Platform best practices
- Recommend system enhancements and modifications to improve business efficiency
- Participate in system updates and release implementations
- Support service readiness and operational assistance for solution go-lives
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Consultants on continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience providing support for Dynamics CE implementations
- Solid D365 CE Support experience (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, or Project Service Automation)
- Proficiency navigating and troubleshooting the Power Platform
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
- Experience supporting continual enhancement of Dynamics CE implementations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working at a Microsoft partner
