About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics 365 F&SCM issues, specializing in Supply Chain and Advanced Warehousing
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues by collaborating with internal teams and Microsoft support
- Recommend and implement solutions aligned with customer business requirements and industry best practices
- Act as a subject matter expert providing guidance on D365 F&SCM functionality
- Support Microsoft release and update activities to ensure seamless deployments
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend preventive measures
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and support activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics F&SCM support
- Specialist knowledge in Manufacturing and Warehousing modules
- Proven experience with Dynamics F&SCM implementations
- Experience delivering continual enhancements and working with Microsoft update cadences
- Experience working at a Microsoft partner
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
