Senior Dynamics 365 Support Engineer - F&SCM

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics 365 F&SCM issues, specializing in Supply Chain and Advanced Warehousing.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues by collaborating with internal teams and Microsoft support.
• Recommend and implement effective solutions aligned with customer business requirements and industry best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and knowledge sharing on D365 F&SCM functionality.
• Support Microsoft release and update activities to ensure seamless deployments with minimal business disruption.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend preventive measures to improve system stability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and support activities in accordance with governance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience providing support for Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations.
• Specialist knowledge in both Manufacturing and Warehousing modules.
• Experience working within a Microsoft partner environment.
• Experience managing continual enhancements and working to the Microsoft update/release cadence.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
