About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for customer issues related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) suite and the Power Platform.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve D365 CE issues in collaboration with internal teams and Microsoft support.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to colleagues on best practices and functionalities within the D365 CE ecosystem.
- Work with customers and stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend system enhancements or modifications.
- Participate in the review and implementation of system updates and releases to ensure smooth transitions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise and expand customers' Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, Consultants, and Service Delivery Managers to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience providing support for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementations.
- Solid experience across the CE suite, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, or Project Service Automation.
- Proficiency in navigating, troubleshooting, and supporting the Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience supporting continual enhancements of Dynamics CE implementations following the Microsoft update cadence.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working within a Microsoft partner environment.
