Senior Dynamics 365 F&SCM Consultant - Finance

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to define financial processes and configure D365 Finance accordingly
• Support configuration, data migration, and full end-to-end testing
• Deliver end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs
• Design and deliver functional elements, including configuration and customisation without code
• Create and maintain solution documentation to support successful delivery
• Facilitate customer workshops and meetings to ensure requirements are clearly captured
• Provide input into solution design and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs
• Support acceptance testing and go-live activities

Requirements

• Significant experience with Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance and related modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Management & Accounting, and Expense Management)
• Proven ability to design, configure, and customise functional elements within D365 without code
• Strong experience in data migration and end-to-end testing
• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to facilitate customer meetings and workshops
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating high-quality documentation for delivery and training
