Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to define business processes and configure D365 Business Central solutions
• Support clients with configuration tasks, data migration, and end-to-end testing
• Design and test customisations and support client acceptance
• Deliver end-user training and coaching tailored to specific client needs
• Participate in go-live cutover exercises and ensure data reconciliation with legacy systems
• Guide projects through daily communication with customers and project managers
• Participate in design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants to support their professional development

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations
• Deep understanding of D365 Business Central core modules, including Finance, Manufacturing, or Warehousing
• Proficiency in leading workshops, knowledge transfer, and training sessions (in-person and remote)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to design, configure, and validate Business Central solutions in line with business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Awareness of business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot
• Hands-on experience with key ISV extensions for Business Central (finance, reporting, or supply chain)
• Experience with Dynaway is a particular advantage
